Shipping & Returns Policy
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over $50 (U.S. only).
Carriers Used:
We primarily ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the order size and destination. Tracking info is provided once your order ships.
Incorrect Address:
Please double-check your shipping address! We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@agapehandcraftedgoods.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll be happy to replace or refund items as appropriate.
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product was damaged during shipping.
